Exchange & Return Policy
All sales are final Due to Covid-19. We are not accepting returns or exchanges at this time. Our staff's and customer's health and safety is extremely important to us and so we want to ensure that every customer receives a brand new item and limit as much direct contact as possible.
-Exchange of an item is granted if you receive a size or item other than what you've ordered and you contact us within 3 days at Evabless.email@example.com . Items eligible for exchange must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Be sure to include your name, order # and reason for exchange in the email sent to us to make the exchange process less complicated. You can expect a response within 1-2 business days. Your replacement will be shipped out once original item is received.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged. We want to evaluate the issue and make it right.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
-If you believe that your package might be lost or stolen it is advised to contact the shipping courier first before contacting us.
-We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses or unclaimed/refused packages. Please be sure to keep track of your package's journey once you receive shipping confirmation.
-Any packages that gets returned back to us due to incorrect address will need to pay reshipping fee to have the package reshipped.
-Do not ship back any item without consulting. Any item returned without our authorization will result in forfeiture of package. We will not ship package back to you in this case.
